Shipping Program Rules
1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes, we only accept the physical shipping address. Standard/small orders are shipped randomly via CAP, UPS and FedEx. If you need to specify a carrier, please contact us in advance or make a note on the order.
2) After the order is confirmed, the warehouse needs 1-2 business days to process your order. You will receive a notification once we arrange the shipment for your order.
3) In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors.
4) Upon dispatch, an email notification containing a tracking number will be sent to you. Kindly refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery updates.
5) If your package hasn't arrived or if the tracking shows delivery but you haven't received it, contact Customer Service within 7 days from the order date for verification. For other order, product, or logistics-related issues, contact customer service within 30 days of the order date.
*Business days don't typically include weekends, however, Saturday and Sunday deliveries may occur in certain zip codes.
*If you need to request a cancellation or make any changes to your order. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible by telephone at (844)-538-7890 or email at (service@gaslandchef.com) Monday - Friday from 9 am -5 pm EST. Unfortunately, once an order has been sent to our warehouse we cannot guarantee cancellation or changes as to we are working quickly to get your order to you.
